Hope this finds you well.

I have written the tutorials with photos for garlic butter and bread as I said in my last email - as a bonus, I have added cheesy garlic bread - very nice!

It is very simple and the photos show you exactly what it should look like.

The butter will store in the fridge for as long as its original sell by date or you can freeze it in portions/discs.

You don't have to use butter - whichever spread you normally use works fine.
